THE DIALOGOS WAY
Dialogos, in its simplest sense, is about a group of people meeting in genuine, open, exploratory and philosophical dialogue about significant topics in life with others. We start in concrete experience. The context can be anything from private life and organizational life to work life and political life.

ABOUT DIALOGOS
The Dialogos Way has several meanings. Dia means "through", while Logos can mean both "word", "speech", "reason" and "wisdom". "Way" can mean both a method or mode of working, or also "the way" we are heading down when connecting to wisdom through philosophising together. At its best, a Dialogos process will imply that we mature and grow together towards truer insight and deeper relationships with others, the world, and for the religious, to God or the transcendent other. Logos is also one of the opening words in the Gospel of John: “In the beginning was the Word", or Logos. The Dialogos Way is thus the Way through the Logos John is speaking about.
In practice, the Dialogos Way is about movements between the poles in different tensionfields; between the personal and the general, between the subjective and the objective, the individual and the general, the concrete and the abstract, the narrative and the conceptual, and between content and form.
